Yes — all Cadence AAC services are delivered virtually, allowing us to serve clients throughout California.

Cadence AAC is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. Documentation can be provided for families seeking out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance provider.

Targeted AAC consultations are $225 per session. Each session includes a 50-minute video call and a follow-up note to recap key recommendations.
